A daily skill for presence, clarity, and emotional regulation.

This meditation trains you to create sacred space between moments. Through breath, body awareness, and a simple visual anchor (a pyrite cube), you learn how to complete what just happened and arrive cleanly into what’s next, moving through tasks, conversations, and days with steadiness and intention.

Modality

Mindfulness training, breathwork, somatic awareness, visualization, nervous system regulation.

When to Practice

Practice throughout your day: after meetings, before conversations, between tasks, when shifting environments, and before sleep. Use it when you feel scattered or emotionally “carrying” things forward, so each new moment starts fresh.
