This meditation restores your relationship with food as a sacred exchange, slowing you into presence, revealing the emotional story you carry around eating, and guiding you through a simple blessing and mindful first bites.

You remember how to receive with gratitude, pleasure, and calm, as food becomes energy and energy becomes you.

Guided reflection, mindful eating ritual, blessing/prayer, visualization, somatic presence.

When to Practice

Practice before a meal when you feel rushed, disconnected, emotional, or stuck in patterns with food. Return to it when you want to deepen your ability to receive, regulate your metabolism, and make at least one meal a day a quiet practice.
