In this meditation, you sit with a glass of water in front of you. You bless it, then sip slowly, merging your awareness with the element and directing it through the body in key points, as a current of release and remembrance. It clears what’s been held, restores flow, and returns you to calm, intuitive clarity.

Water ritual, guided visualization, breath work, energetic release, nervous system regulation.

When to Practice

Practice when you feel unwell, heavy, stuck, overstimulated, or emotionally clogged. Return to it after intense days, before sleep, or anytime you want a powerful reset into flow.
