CLEANING THE LINEAGE

On this journey we are invited to enter the “Ancestor Forest” to connect with our lineages and transmute trans-generational trauma.

This practice can be done also by those who haven’t met their families.

Both lineages are met and honored - masculine and feminine.

Light a candle before engaging in this practice & make a small offering for both of your lineages (incense, flowers, seeds, grains, etc).

Have a pen and paper ready to journal all insights received once you finish the practice.

A person is sitting at a wooden table, drawing or writing with a small tool on the table's surface. The table has a sculptural object with a flame on top, possibly a candle or artistic piece. The scene appears to be indoors with a wooden wall in the background.

LIFE REVIEW

There is great medicine in knowing your life story, understanding your feelings and assessing if you have successfully navigated moments of transition.

Part of what this experience brings is is what the Q’eros call recapitulation – a process where they say goodbye to their history, bring closure, forgive themselves and all who have hurt them in the past.

In many ways, a life review is not so much a contemplation of events gone by as it is an inventory of residual feelings - a recognition of work completed and healings yet to be accomplished.
