This meditation uses frequency as a living material—waves of resonance that move through body and space like light and water. As you listen, the tones gently dissolve density, soften tension, and clear stagnation, until what remains is a clean field: grounded, luminous, and calm.

When to Practice

Practice when you feel overstimulated, energetically porous, or mentally noisy. Return to it before sleep, after crowds, or anytime you want to reset your space and return to a clear, protected inner signal.
